A finished space on an unpowered pontoon vessel, moored beside a canal home’s existing pontoon: a guest Studio, a glass Pavilion or an open-air Terrace.

Which one should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Studio for guests, Pavilion for entertaining, Terrace for sunset drinks and open space. See the comparison page.

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Yes, at our Gold Coast workshop by appointment.

Question 4

How is it moored?

Accepted Answer

Alongside your existing pontoon with mooring lines, cleats and fenders. Nothing is built on your land.

Do I need approvals?

Accepted Answer

Waterway and mooring rules still apply. We check each berth and tell you what applies before you commit.

What does delivery involve?

Accepted Answer

Our crew tows it up the canal, ties it up and walks you through it.

Question 7

How do I clean it?

Accepted Answer

Hose the deck, wipe the glass. Composite boards and aluminium need no oiling or painting.

Question 8

Accepted Answer

We install a Driftroom for the campaign. It becomes part of the sale and is paid for at settlement.
